OE Hosts Dinner for Sderot Residents

Operation Embrace invited 30 families (100 people) to what was supposed to be a festive and relaxing dinner at a kibbutz near Sderot for those families who were identified as suffering from emotional trauma due to Kassam rocket attacks.  At the same time that our guests were boarding buses in Sderot, which were provided by the city, to attend the dinner many Kassam rockets started to fall.  There was pandemonium and severe chaos.  Many of the people ran back to their houses and only sixty people came to the dinner out of the 100 that were originally expected.  At this evening OE distributed $10,000.00 to those in need from Sderot.
